<h2><strong>A Small Yet Adventurous Island</strong></h2><p>This all-day trip will begin with a cruise from Puntarenas to the Island of Tortuga, located in the Gulf of Nicoya. The island is approximately 120 hectares or 1.2 square kilometers; this small island is home to many different types of small fish, exotic birds, and even some monkeys. The breathtaking island of Tortuga has clear, calm waters and white sand beaches making it the perfect place to snorkel, paddleboard, and swim even with the youngest of tourists.&nbsp;</p><p>Once on the island, you will find beach chairs and umbrellas to relax under and a beach bar serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Food can also be made on the beach via your tour guides or a small restaurant located on the coast. The beach also has bathroom facilities and small outdoor showers to get fresh after a swim.&nbsp;</p><h3><strong>Scenic views from every angle&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>The beach is not the only attraction on this small island; a couple of short trails surround the island for a lovely little hike.
