Once in Costa Rica, you’ll have a scheduled day to spend with your real estate consultant, traveling to and visiting each property, as well as spending some time in each area.

- A virtual planning meeting with your consultant to discuss property desires and options.
- Your real estate consultant will create a shortlist of properties for you to visit during your tour, no wasting time on options that aren’t what you’re really looking for!
- Visit properties on your shortlist with your consultant, as well as get to know each local area.
- Understand the buying and ownership process in Costa Rica (due diligence, home inspections, registering in your name or a Corporation, etc).
- Transportation provided from your local lodging to all property sites, etc.
- Tour length: 4 hours

Full-Day Tour
- A virtual planning meeting with your consultant to discuss property desires and options.
- Your real estate consultant will create a shortlist of properties for you to visit during your tour, no wasting time on options that aren’t what you’re really looking for!
- Visit properties on your shortlist with your consultant, as well as get to know each local area.
- Understand the buying and ownership process in Costa Rica (due diligence, home inspections, registering in your name or a Corporation, etc).
- Visit and tour the closest town to your perspective purchase property so you can get a vision of daily life like a local.
- Lunch provided at a local restaurant.
