Welcome to Casa Oceano
Casa Oceano features a room for 14 guests in a gated and guarded property with expansive views. It has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, a rancho, saltwater pool, hot tub, rooftop yoga deck, and movie theater.
There’s flexibility to choose King beds or two twins in each of the three main bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The 4th and 5th bedrooms have Queen beds and share a bathroom. The 6th bedroom is a private garage apartment with a King bed, a private ensuite, and a kitchen.
The home is brand new and beautiful and features a green roof, solar power, and an electric 4-person golf cart. This home has it all.
Exclusive Location
The home is a quick walk to the beach and a 2-minute golf cart ride to the Bodhi Tree Yoga Retreat. One of the best parts of the house is the top floor yoga/fitness space and outdoor movie area. That’s a favorite place to look over the ocean and horizon too.
Salt Water Pools and Ocean Views
The home has three floors, each with impressive views in addition to the spectacular pool, waterfall, and hot tub. There are ocean views from the house, rancho, and even an ensuite bathtub in one of the bedrooms. The greenery you see from every window is nearly as impressive as the sunsets over the ocean.

There’s an indoor kitchen, an outdoor one, and an outdoor pizza oven. Everyone can spread out to cook food, be a part of the group making pizza, others can cook inside, outside, and in the separate apartment’s kitchen, or you can come together and use the oversized, stylish communal dining table.
