Casa Pinita features spacious outdoor living areas on each of its three floors, including indoor/outdoor dining. As you enter the home at ground level, you will find yourself in a private courtyard. Two of the home's bedrooms open onto this courtyard, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the soothing fountain, waves crashing on the beach, and howler monkeys!

Head upstairs from the courtyard to the main living area, an open plan, and a patio with village and ocean views. There's also a separate study on this floor, just off the main living area, which can double up as a bedroom. Up to one more level, on the top floor, is a colorful bunk room with an ocean view and terrace. Up to six people can sleep in this room, which is perfect for cousins or young friends to bunk together and bond while adults enjoy peace below.

The four bedrooms feature two king beds, one futon, four bunk beds, and two trundle beds. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
