Casa Resol is a modern luxury villa located on a private estate between the beach communities of Dominical and Uvita, in the hills of Escaleras down in the southern zone of Costa Rica. Its elevated position gives it some of the most spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding rainforests in the country.
With four bedrooms, it comfortably fits groups of up to nine people, and it's perfect for anyone wishing to spend time in and explore this part of Costa Rica, which attracts nature lovers, adventure seekers, and surfers year-round.
A Contemporary-Designed Luxury Home
Casa Resol has four bedrooms, each with fantastic ocean views that you can experience from their private balconies. Three rooms have king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has two single beds plus a sleeping loft, making it perfect for kids to enjoy. All the rooms have their en suite bathrooms, with one boasting a stone Balinese-style tub and two with indoor/outdoor showers to enjoy.
The common areas of Casa Resol have an open-space plan with a perfect crossover between indoor and outdoor living, where the infinity pool and outdoor cooking area blends seamlessly with a dining area before entering the kitchen. There's also an upstairs living area complete with a massive TV for family or group enjoyment.
