Here are some of the combo trips we recommend you to check out if you want to experience Club Rio Adventure Park:
Welcome To Club Rio, The Place For All In One Adventures
Eight adventures in one place! That’s only available at The Springs Resort & Spa’s Club Rio Adventure Center. It’s a must for anyone staying in the area. The resort is gorgeous on a mile-long stretch of the Arenal River. The beautiful greenery and the river make for some great photo ops.
Guests are encouraged to walk the hiking trails and use the hot springs before, after, or in-between activity adventures. Some natural hot springs are ideally situated at the river’s edge. You could stay there all day, but adventure calls.
Activities include river tubing, inflatable river kayaking, horseback riding, rock climbing and rappelling, river fishing, hot springs, and nature hikes.
Club Rio is home to the area’s best animal sanctuary. Rescued wildlife that cannot be placed back in the wild is protected there. Guests get to see the animals in natural habitats and can even go on a specific tour that shows how they are fed.
Tubing and kayaking occur in Class I and II rapids in the river and peaceful blue pools. Serene scenery puts your mind at ease as you float or paddle along.
Whether you want to calmly wander the forest trails or gallop through meadows and across the Arenal River, horseback riding is available for all levels.
The rock climbing and rappelling wall are an impressive 50 feet high. Four climbing routes are available for different levels. There’s also an interior chimney climb and a double rappel.
There are about 40 bird species on the property. You may see the White Hawk, Black-mandible Toucan, Montezuma Oropendola, and various hummingbird species with a guide.
