Absolutely. Your itinerary is designed around you, and we can adjust it to better match your travel style, priorities, and preferences, including accommodations, tour experiences, regions, or price point. Your Travel Consultant is here to guide you through any changes.

Your Quote includes the hotels, transportation, activities, and other services listed in your itinerary, along with applicable taxes and fees. We’ll also make it clear what isn’t included, so you know exactly what you’re booking.

Our team brings firsthand knowledge, carefully vetted recommendations, seamless planning, and 24/7 in-country support for the duration of your stay, all backed by thousands of positive reviews on TripAdvisor, Google and social media.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD), the currency used for hotel, tour, and transportation services. A deposit secures your trip, and the remaining balance can be paid in installments. Payments are processed securely, and your Travel Consultant can guide you through our payment options to find what works best for you.

We understand that plans can change. Cancellation and modification policies depend on the timing and the services included in your itinerary. If you need to make a change, reach out to your Travel Consultant, who can explain the terms that apply and help with next steps.

International flights are not included in your Quote. Your Travel Consultant can help you find airfare that works with your itinerary and coordinate your trip around your flight schedule so everything runs smoothly from the moment you arrive.
