Casa Coco

The home is Spanish-style, with an open concept living area. If you push back the solid wood and glass doors, you'll discover the courtyard area, the heart of the house. Here, you'll find a fantastic swimming pool. Lounge chairs surround the collection to sunbathe or pull into the shade under the roof to sit and relax.

Upstairs - up a large, grand staircase, you'll find the cool, air-conditioned primary suite with two balconies offering views of the surrounding community and hills. Two other ultra-comfortable, air-conditioned, king-size bedroom suites provide the perfect privacy without being too far away from the action. These two suites are downstairs, directly accessible from the courtyard. This means you can jump out of bed and straight into the pool!

You'll also find a barbecue by the pool, perfect for those relaxed afternoons when you want to fire up the grill. In addition, there are plenty of stores around Langosta and Tamarindo to buy supplies for entertaining yourselves or guests. There's also a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking, or hire your private chef to look after your dining needs! 

Playa Langosta and Tamarindo have plenty of restaurants within easy distance of Casa Coco.

The home comes with beach cruiser bicycles, so guests don't need to drive. Instead, cycle over to the beach for some of Langosta's spectacular sunsets or ride into Tamarindo for shopping or something to eat.
