Tabacon Resort has two on-site restaurants and two bars, where guests can try different menus that combine the highest international standards with fresh local ingredients.

Los Tucanes Restaurant serves a substantial buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner. It’s located near the hotel’s outdoor Jacuzzi, and with its open-air design, it’s a favorite spot to steal glances at the volcano.

Breakfast is a culinary experience: the different food stations offer general favorites like pancakes, waffles, cheeses, and eggs, as well as Costa Rican options like tamales, Gallo pinto (rice and beans), seasonal fruits, and more.

Across the way at the hot springs, you can dine for lunch and dinner at Ave de Paraiso without having to drag yourself far from the relaxing waters. Its casual ambiance allows guests and day visitors to enjoy a meal full of local flavors without a care in the world.

For drinks, head to one of the two bars. Both serve lighter dishes like ceviche, nachos, and sandwiches, as well as fresh tropical cocktails.

The swim-up Arenal Wet Bar is right on one of the hot springs pools, so it’s perfect for poolside service with music. However, if you would like to spend an afternoon with a cup of coffee, some tapas, or watching international sports, Caña Brava Lobby Bar is your place.
