Tortuguero: This Only Begins
Your first night in Costa Rica will be spent at Grano de Oro, one of the finest hotels in the city. On the morning after your arrival, you will take a scenic drive through the beautiful Braulio Carrillo National Park as you make your way to the Caribbean Coast. You’ll be lodged at the Manatus Hotel in Tortuguero. Don’t forget to explore the town around, which is famous for its rainforest, mangroves, lagoons and swamps. The wide variety in habitats allow for great opportunities to see wildlife!
Arenal: From The Treetops To The River
Besides your six-day stay at the Arenal Kioro, you will experience every different level of the rainforest. Glide through the treetops with our zip lining tour and observe the intense jungle evergreen as you walk through one of the hanging bridges. Complete your Arenal adventure by exploring the Class II-III whitewater rapids!
Monteverde: In The Middle Of The Cloud Forest
Do you think your adventure is over? You are only halfway! After checking out all that Arenal has to offer, you’ll board a boat and cross Lake Arenal. A private transfer will to Monteverde Lodge Gardens, located just 15 minutes from the Monteverde Cloud Forest and walking distance to town. You’ll have the chance to take a guided hike through Monteverde’s stunning cloud forest, the perfect activity for anyone who has a true love of nature.
Manuel Antonio: It’s Time For The Beach
You will head to one of Costa Rica’s most famous beaches: Manuel Antonio. Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the country, your stay includes a visit to the Manuel Antonio National Park and an exhilarating Catamaran tour through the Pacific Ocean. DAY BY DAY
Day One: First Day in Paradise
Your holiday begins on the minute you land in Costa Rica. One of our representatives meet at the airport, guide you through customs and take you to your private transfer. You’ll spend your first night at Grano de Oro Hotel, an elegant oasis in the concrete jungle of San José. End your first day by dining at the hotel’s restaurant, considered one of the finest in the capital.

Day Two: One Ticket to Manatus
An air-conditioned van will pick you up from Grano de Oro and drive you through the stunning Braulio Carrillo National Park. You’ll stop for a traditional casado, one of Costa Rica’s signature dishes, at the Suerre Hotel before gliding through the Caribbean canals of Tortuguero. Your final destination is Manatus Hotel, a boutique hotel located deep in the jungle.
Day Three: Explore Around!
Why not spend the day getting to know that small, wonderful part of Costa Rica? Relax on the hotel’s swimming pool or pamper yourself at the spa. You may also visit the surrounding town of Tortuguero, known for its wide variety of habitats – from rainforests and mangroves to lagoons and swamps. If you’re a fan of fishing, don’t miss out on this popular activity!
Day Four: Ready for Arenal?
Your next transfer will take you to one of the country’s most iconic destinations: the Arenal Volcano. Your hotel, the Arenal Kioro, is located just in the outskirts of La Fortuna, the town closest to this majestic natural monument. This hotel is a fantastic option for anyone looking for a quaint mountain-style resort experience.
Day Five: The Quintessential Rainforest Experience
Begin your Arenal adventure by zip lining at the edge of the Children’s Eternal Rainforest! Take in the spectacular views of the volcano on your 20-minute drive to the site. Once you arrive at Canopy Vista, you will be given your safety equipment and a thorough safety talk about the tour. Spend an adrenaline-filled 2 hours sailing above the rainforest canopy.
Day Six: A Trail Through the Rainforest Treetops
Take a tour through the Arenal Hanging Bridges, the perfect activity for couples or families. One of our guides will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Mistico Park. This beautiful, environmentally-friendly nature project located near the volcano cover a total of about 2 miles. You will be able to admire the great diversity of flora and fauna found in the tropical rainforest.
Day Seven: Down Time
Why don’t you explore along the hotel’s well-manicured gardens, steamy hot springs and admire its impressive views of the towering Arenal Volcano? After two action-packed days, you can enjoy the pool-side Orquideas Restaurant; enjoy a drink at the hotel’s bar, El Higuerón or savour a delicious meal at Heliconias, Kioro’s main restaurant. Enjoy the hotel’s amenities or explore around the La Fortuna.
Day Eight: It’s Time for Some White Water Rafting!
The River Balsa is perfect for beginners! Although it offers Class II-III rapids, it is still a challenging and exciting adventure. Before starting your white water journey, the professional guides will give you a safety talk and paddling instructions. For two and a half hours, you will paddle along the scenic river where you can see lots of wildlife – including monkeys, sloths and tropical birds!
After completing all of them, you will have time to swim in the river pools in an isolated rainforest river canyon setting! Take a quick walk to the river house to enjoy a delicious, home-cooked Costa Rican meal before setting off back to your hotel.
Day Nine: Crossing the Puddle
What is the fastest way to get to Monteverde? By crossing the lake! Your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Arenal, where you will enjoy a 30-minute scenic boat ride to cross the lake. Then you’ll take an hour-and-a-half drive to your hotel, the Monteverde Lodge and Gardens.

Day Ten: Monteverde Cloud Forest Tour
Located along the Cordillera de Tilarán Mountain Range, the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve spans over 10,500 hectares of tropical forest and rich biodiversity.
You will be driven from your hotel to the reserve. Your local naturalist guide will take you on a three-and-a-half hour nature tour through the mountainous forest, where you will experience nature’s incredible interconnectivity. At the end of your hike you visit the local women’s handicraft cooperative, where you can view and purchase locally made crafts.

Day Eleven: Coffee and Chocolate
Can you imagine anything better than coffee or chocolate? In this tour, you will first take a look at the history of Costa Rican coffee and it’s fascinating life cycle. Next, it’s time for a complete immersion into the world of chocolate. You will learn about its history and participate in the chocolate making process. The tour ends with a taste of some of the chocolate you’ve made, a hot cup of coffee and a Costa Rican snack.

Day Twelve: The Road to Manuel Antonio
Enjoy you four-and-a-half hour private transfer drive to Manuel Antonio, located in the Central Pacific coast. You will be spending the following nights at the Si Como No hotel. Nestled in the exuberant rainforest, guests can enjoy the jungle charm with complete amenities. End your day by dining at one of its two onsite restaurants or having a drink at the pool-side bar.

Day Thirteen: Manuel Antonio National Park Tour
Despite being the smallest national park in Costa Rica, it has been consistently listed as one of the 12 most beautiful parks in the world. In this guided tour, your English-speaking naturalist will point out everything, from the famous white-faced monkey to brilliantly colored birds. Spend the rest of the day sunbathing at some the region’s most exclusive, untouched beaches.

Day Fourteen: Free time in Manuel Antonio
Spend the day enjoying the stellar boutique hotel you are in. Take advantage of the swimming pools or indulge in a spa treatment. You can also visit the hotel’s Butterfly Botanical Atruim or even add in another tour!

Day Fifteen: Free time in Manuel Antonio
There is plenty to do around the Si Como No hotel. Your room is located within a 24-acre private wildlife refuge, which offers plenty of self-guided tours. You can also explore the town of Manuel Antonio and its local scene.

Day Sixteen: Ocean King Catamaran Tour
The Ocean King Catamaran boat trip is a wonderful way to spend a few hours out of sea. A Private transfer will pick you up and take you to the Pez Vela Marina in Quepos. Once on board, you can snorkel and look out for fish, sunbathe on the deck, and enjoy the boat’s amenities. Enjoy your lunch or dinner while looking out for the dolphins!

Day Nineteen: Another Day in the Jungle
Aguila de Osa consists of eleven rooms and two suites are terraced up the lush cliffside overlooking the picturesque bay. Besides the lovely experience of dining at the Rio Selva Restaurant, the community hour before dinner is a highlight for many. Day Twenty-one: Finca Rosa Blanca
Board a short flight from Drake Bay to San Jose. Once at the airport, you will board a private ground transfer to Finca Rosa Blanca Inn and Coffee Plantation.
