After being picked up at your lodging, you’ll be guided through unique towns and communities that fit your exact vision and needs of your new life. You will spend the day checking out the local area, visiting shops/schools/healthcare centers/etc, and possible rental properties. We will be with you every step of the way during your experience to answer any questions about the local area, life in Costa Rica, etc. so you can realize the full potential of your new life abroad in Costa Rica.

Two options for this tour are available – half-day or full-day – and we would be very happy to make this process a success for you!

Half-day tour:

• (1) virtual planning meeting with your consultant to discuss location desires and needs
• Your relocation consultant will create a shortlist of areas for you to visit during your tour, not wasting time on options that aren’t what you’re really looking for!
• visit towns, shops, schools, or healthcare centers in the area with your consultant, as well as get to know each town
• visit one possible rental or real estate property
• transportation provided from your local lodging to all locations, etc.
• tour length: 4 hours

Price: $375

Full-Day tour:

• (1) virtual planning meeting with your consultant to discuss location desires and needs
• Your relocation consultant will create a shortlist of areas for you to visit during your tour, not wasting time on options that aren’t what you’re really looking for!
• visit towns, shops, schools, or healthcare centers in the area with your consultant, as well as get to know each town
• visit a variety of possible rental or real estate property
• lunch provided at a local restaurant
• transportation provided from your local lodging to all property sites, etc.
• tour length: 8 hours
