Its living area is over 3,000 square feet on a lot of over 5,000 square feet of gardens and ocean views.</p><h3><strong>Steps From the Ocean&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>You can enjoy the picturesque ocean view from your balcony, dining table, or pool lounge chair. If you can tear yourself away from the views, just go a few steps, and you’ll be on the beach, taking insight from up close. Go for a swim or enjoy basking in the sun. Build a sandcastle.</p><h3><strong>Rustic Chic&nbsp;</strong></h3><p>Wall colors in shades of blue, beige, orange, and green whisper tranquility and aid restful nights. Hardwoods, granites, and quality linens scream luxury. It’s all about Zen and balance here. You feel it in the air. Is the furniture layout or color scheme? <p>This was the favorite place for the rest of my family. They all enjoyed the beach and boogie boarding here. The beach location was wonderful! It was very family oriented and much quieter and isolated. While here we did a snorkel boating trip... We even saw a howler monkey as we were leaving. The planned excursions and included transportation throughout our trip in Costa Rica made our trip so much easier to relax as we didn’t have to think about the planning for that.</p>
