With a great local network and tons of knowledge, our real estate consultant will create a shortlist of property options before your trip that meet your specific wants and needs, so no spending hours searching on your own in a sea of local realtors.

Once in Costa Rica, you’ll have a scheduled day to spend with your real estate consultant traveling visiting each property on your shortlist, as well as spending some time in each area. We will accompany you on each site visit to ensure you get all of your questions answered and have no uncertainties. We are by your side every step of the way – from the planning and searching to the day of your actual scheduled property visits!

Our real estate consultants have 20+ years of experience living and working in Costa Rica and know the ins and outs of each region like the back of their hands. 

Two options for this tour are available – half-day or full-day – and we would be very happy to make this process a success for you!

Half-day tour:

• (1) virtual planning meeting with your consultant to discuss property desires and options
• your real estate consultant will create a shortlist of properties for you to visit during your tour, no wasting time on options that aren’t what you’re really looking for!
• visit properties on your shortlist with your consultant, as well as get to know each local area
• Understand the buying and ownership process in Costa Rica (due diligence, home inspections, registering in your name or a Corporation, etc)
• transportation provided from your local lodging to all property sites, etc.
• tour length: 4 hours

Price: $375

Full-Day tour:

• (1) virtual planning meeting with your consultant to discuss property desires and options
• your real estate consultant will create a shortlist of properties for you to visit during your tour, no wasting time on options that aren’t what you’re really looking for!
• visit properties on your shortlist with your consultant, as well as get to know each local area
• Understand the buying and ownership process in Costa Rica (due diligence, home inspections, registering in your name or a Corporation, etc)
• Visit and tour the closest town to your perspective purchase property so you can get a vision of daily life like a local
• lunch provided at a local restaurant
• transportation provided from your local lodging to all property sites, etc.
• tour length: 8 hours
