This is the perfect space for families or groups up to 12 people. The intimate, state-of-the-art design makes it a perfect getaway for couples too.

The villa boasts a full kitchen with refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and cookware. The two dining spaces include the inside dining area, which is adjacent to the living room and offers expansive views of the bay. The other one is an al fresco space with barbecue grill and terrace leading to the private infinity pool with ocean views.

You will find the comforts of home at Casa Pericos. Including air conditioning throughout the home, ceiling fans, TV in each bedroom and living room, cable TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, bed and bath linens, sound system with surround sound, Wi-Fi, and an office with desk and printer.
