Travel across coffee and sugar
plantations before arriving at the fantastic Poas Volcano.
Visit the famous Poas Volcano National Park. See a miniature
cloud forest and walk to the rim of the 300 meter deep, 1.5
kilometer diameter, active crater. Walk right to the crater
to observe its iridescent green color.
Enjoy lunch near the main ox cart
factory in Sarchi, an artisan community famous for unique hand
crafts and great souvenirs. See ox carts being made and hand
painted. You can also wander the various shops for gifts.
The tour includes breakfast, lunch, transportation,
bilingual guides and park entrances.
