About Me: I came to Costa Rica in 2008 for a surfing vacation & fell in love the friendly people, the lifestyle & the interaction with nature. Although I worked as an Occupational Therapist for a number of years, my love of travel lead me to work in the travel industry. I love being outdoors & enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, surfing & the odd drop of red wine. I now live in the Caribbean town of Cahuita & really enjoy the laid back lifestyle & the opportunity to surf, swim, do yoga & listen to reggae music.
My Favorite Thing: I love the fact that in my back yard I see sloths, possums, poisonous dart frogs, boa constrictors & hear Howler monkeys. Soo cool!
My Top Tips: "My top 5 must dos in Costa Rica are: - Sunset drinks on the rooftop patio of La Mansion Hotel in Manuel Antonio; - Hiking in Corcovado National Park, Osa Peninsula; - Surfing at Nosara; - Sipping a Cahuita rum & orange juice at Reggae Bar, Cahuita & - Watching the sun rise on Cahuita National Park on the Caribbean Coast!"
