There are not words to describe this villa, I have stayed in many villas in Costa Rica however Villa Buena Onda has just taken first place. You can tell that the owners have taken a lot of time in the detail and service at the home as it is 5 star all the way.
The house has 7 large bedrooms with stunning panoramic ocean views. The pool however will be the focal point of any stay at the villa as there are a 2 levels to the pool, one to relax in and to use the swim up bar and the other to play in.
The house is all inclusive however did not include the alcohol which was nice as most of our group did not drink, this way we knew we would get a better quality of food than typical all inclusives.
I would highly suggest this for a group of friends, family get together or just a large number of people who want luxury in paradise.

When we first saw this property we fell in love with it, when we arrived we fell head over heels. The pictures do not even do this property justice, it has beautiful views and really is one of the best family vacations we ever had. The property is located in the hills above Playa de Coco (a great night out with good restaurants). The 2 tier pool with the swim up bar is where we spent most of our time. The all inclusive plan at the villa was great as we could have eaten Luis's food for another week. The bedrooms are very large and all have ocean view balconies as well as private bathrooms. The balconies are great for putting your feet up on and reading a book. I cannot say enough about this property and would suggest that if anyone is looking for the vacation of their life then try here!

This is by far the nicest villa I have ever seen! The rooms are very large and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and willing to cater to every whim. The pool is unbelievable! It is a two-tiered pool, with the top level offering a swim-up bar. The views of the sunset over the Pacific from the pool are amazing! Overall, my experience at Villa Buena Onda was incredible. Anyone looking for first-class luxury should stay at Villa Buena Onda!

Villa Buena Onda is located at the North Pacific of Costa Rica in a town known as El Coco in the Guanacaste Province.
This Villa has 7 large suites with elegant and very trendy furniture with beautiful bathrooms with mesmerizing views of the Pacific ocean from the whole house.
The second level living room has a very large covered balcony overlooking the ocean, the very attractive two level swimming pool and the lush gardens.
This second level covered balcony provides plenty of shade to enjoy an early evening cocktail watching the sun go down listening to only the sounds of nature that surround you, creating a peaceful and relaxing moment after you enjoyed your day exploring the beautiful tropical forest and the El Coco area and nearby beaches.
The main living room is very large and perfect for your meetings and get togethers with your group in the evenings. The sliding doors in the whole house are very large and there is always a cool ocean breeze blowing inside the Villa.
The swimming pool is very large with two levels and it has a perfect temperature. It also has a Rancho (Natural Palapa) right next to the pool that completes the whole area with the tropical outside living atmosphere to enjoy your cocktails and your naps on a hammock.
The terraces that surround the Villa are very large and from there you have an amazing view where you can watch the stars at night and if you are lucky you can even see the milky way and falling stars right into the pacific ocean.
The Crew at the Villa is very friendly and the food they serve is gourmet with a very large variety of premium red and white meats, fresh snapper on the grill and very large variety of fresh fruits and veggies.
The town of El Coco has a lot to offer from sport fishing, ocean kayaking, surfing, great diving and snorkeling, swimming in 80 degree waters, canopy tours, horseback riding, sailing, tours to Guanacaste, Rincon de la Vieja and Santa Rosa National Parks.
It also has great atmosphere at night time with bars, dining and dancing.
The service is impeccable and I would recommend this villa to a large family or a large corporate group for an special celebration when you are looking to relax and have everyone else take care of everything for you.
The Villa has everything you dream about for a "Once in a life time vacation".

I would like to thank you for making our trip to Costa Rica unforgettable. We are a group of friends that travel together about every 2 to 3 years. We have taken all types of trips together from cruises, train trips, to just small weekend trips. We have a hard time coming up with where we want to go so when someone suggested Costa Rica we did not know what to expect. After an extensive search I found Costa Rican Vacations. They were the perfect fit for us. The agent wanted to know where we had been, what we liked to do and what type of place we wanted to stay. I told her we liked to stay in large suites with rooms and baths for everyone if possible so we could all hang out together in a relaxing atmosphere.
The agent suggested Villa Buena Onda after seeing the pictures we had no doubt. It was perfect for our group. The experience was great. I cannot say enough about the staff, they were there to meet our every need, and the house was beautiful. And the pool was the best ever. We were not ready to come home when our week was over. Not only was the Villa perfect but all of the day trips we took were perfect. The trips were always on time and exactly as they were described to us. It will be hard for us to find vacations in the future that will be as wonderful as our Costa Rican Vacation.

We had found the villa on the internet and fell in love with it from the start. We were able to get a group of friends together to go and we all had our room. The rooms are very spacious with large bathrooms and various bed configurations. The view from every corner of the house is of the Islands in the Coco bay and you are constantly being drawn outside.
The staff at the villa really made our stay and were constantly wanting to make our vacation even better. The Chef Luis was great and his food even better, I will say that if you like food be sure to go here.
