Peace Lodge
is my favorite hotel in Costa Rica and deserves 5's accross the board! I went with my husband who is Costa Rican and he did not know a place as amazing as this existed! Peace Lodge is in the mountains of San Jose, perfect distance from the hustle and bustle from the city. Our room was amazing with a jacuzzi on a patio overlooking the mountains, fireplace in the room, large bathroom with unique light fixtures, separate shower and bath, stocked with aromatherapy scents. The attention to detail was amazing and the atmosphere of the room reminded me of a cave. The rooms are really made for couples, but there are miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, and animal exhibits right outside your hotel door which is also fun for families!
