This lovely new villa is located within a gated community of ten villas directly across the road from the Pacific Ocean in Playa Langosta. The villas are built around a lushly landscaped courtyard with fountains and a soothing water feature that runs through the center. Each villa has a front terrace that creates a community environment among neighbors as well as a private rear terrace with pool area, gas grill, lounging and dining areas.

The entire villa is elegantly appointed with teak doors, ceilings, and windows that are complemented by the stucco faux wall finishes. On the ground floor guests will find a large great room living area with powder room, cable TV, CD/DVD player, and integrated sound system throughout. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped with all GE appliances including dishwater. Also included is a washer, dryer, and 13 ceiling fans throughout the air-conditioned home.

The second floor includes two bedrooms, both with Queen size beds. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with ample closet space. The master bedroom includes sliding teak doors to a large terrace, and the second bedroom has a lovely seating area. The third floor is a very special retreat and offers twin beds, a bathroom and a large covered terrace.

The villas are conveniently located in close proximity to a grocery store, fine dining, internet café, and hotel with casino. Guests will find themselves just minutes from the bustling surf town of Tamarindo for additional dining, shopping and tour options. Maid service is included three times a week and a driver and cook are available at additional cost.
