The homes are fully air-conditioned and feature mood setting recessed and track lighting throughout.

Totally outfitted kitchens come complete with all stainless appliances. There is a living room with comfortable sectional sofa, color TV, DVD player and ceiling fan. Two sets of doors open onto a 450 square foot wrap around verandah with teak dining table and chairs, stone covered outdoor Jacuzzi, 4 swivel rocking chairs with ottoman, leather coffee table and three ceiling fans.

Top of the line mattresses and 400 count cotton sheets are found in all the bedrooms as well as a TV's and DVD players. Bathrooms feature stone counter tops, stone outdoor showers and stone sinks with stainless faucets. Each bedroom also has a covered terrace to enjoy the surrounding jungle and ocean views.
