Where is Portobelo located?
It’s located on the Caribbean coast, in the Province of Colon to the northeast and about halfway in between the Panama Canal and the San Blas Archipielago.

How to get there?
You can drive there from Panama City by car; the trip takes approximately one and a half hours on the transisthmian highway. You can also reach Portobelo by air from Panama City (Marcos A. Gelabert Airport in Albrook) to Colon City (France Field Airport) in 15 minutes, then by car 40 more minutes.

What to do and Where to go?
For scuba diving lovers, Portobelo has one of the best areas of Panamanian Caribbean coast reefs, offering particularly the pleasure of finding them near the coast and not so deep. In this area several scuba diving schools have been established.
