My daughter and I
chose to do an "add on" to our Costa Rica trip the summer of 2011. I
think because I showed an Internet interest in Panama, more specifically
the Panama Canal, we received first an e-mail - and then a telephone
call - from Jan Branicki. I put things on hold for a few weeks, and then
when we finalized our thoughts, I wrote to Jan at Panama Vacations.
He
proposed a three-night
Panama City plan for us. He first wanted to know
what price budget I was on. He then chose a wonderful bed and breakfast
for accommodations. He arranged for
all of our transportation needs and made suggestions, and then
arrangements, for our excursions. Basically, we wanted a canal transit
(we chose a half-transit experience) and a cultural look of the city.
The excursions were wonderful. Our driver/tour guide was professional
and very informative. I have traveled internationally a great deal, but
very seldom do I have someone pick me up at the airport holding a sign
with my name!!! The whole experience was fabulous - and not costly.
I
can recommend Panama Vacations highly and have no doubt Jan Branicki
will treat each traveler's needs professionally and carefully.

Jan we had
the best trip ever in Panama and I have told a couple people about your
services hopefully they will book. I have to tell you we have fished in
Costa Rica twice, Dominican, Aruba, Cancun, Jamaica, St Lucia and all
over Florida and all over Calif. and the one day of Fishing was the best

We
were totally pleased with all of the arrangements you suggested and
scheduled for us in Panama. Our first experience with an all-inclusive
resort like the Breezes was a delight, and the facility was wonderful.
While the rainforest does not offer a lot of options for a longer stay,
we would not have missed spending the two days there, and the
accommodations and staff at Galboa were first rate. We would never have
had such an enjoyably filled vacation without your advice and

Beth, What a trip we had!! By Thursday, Linda suggested we sell our homes in
Maryland and move to Panama. The fishing and diving were super in
Pedasi. We fed the population of
Pedasi with all the Tuna we caught and gave away, then that night Jose (
from C.M.) cooked our dinner with the fresh catch, it was UNREAL!!!!! Jose
(the manager) is awesome hope you know him if not you need
to. We did eat at the finest sea food restaurant in Panama City but there is
nothing like eating fresh caught Mahi Mahi and raw tuna. The Riu is my choice when in Panama City. I asked for and got a room on the
30th floor with a view that was wonderful. We had a great time and will certainly will be coming back.

The Gamboa hotel
was awesome! Beautiful scenery and quiet, which I needed just coming
back from Afghanistan. Staff was great as well and always willing to
help. The
tours were good, and I highly recommend using tours for all
clients. We had a great outing with our guide, and it was just myself
and my boyfriend. We had a wonderful day with our Panama City tour and
our guide Renee, who was very fluent in English and super knowledgeable
about everything, and he took us to the best meal we have had in awhile
at an Italian restaurant in Panama City. Our kayaking tour was fun too
in Panama, and we saw alot of wildlife. Our guide was awesome and
explained a lot to us. All the tours we did in Panama were amazing and
fun and the guides were professional and outstanding. The whole trip was amazing, and I would do the exact same trip over again.

everything that we needed, as well as our individual privacy. It was a nice
touch having the water, soda, and beer in the fridge when we arrived. It was
also good to have the wireless connection. The outside patio area was a great
area to sit while reading or connecting to the internet on my iPad. My brother
and I were very pleased with our stay here. In addition, it was helpful that
there was a travel agency in the complex. This is where we were able to make
connections with your travel agency when our tour person did not come.
Los Establos HotelThis place was beautiful. Listening to the birds, looking
at the flowers, and viewing the volcano was spectacular. The people working
there were wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay a good one. The
room was quite nice and the whole area of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.
There was a room with a billiard table where my brother and I played a couple
of games. We had a wonderful meal prepared by a woman (sorry I do not remember
her name) who waited until we returned from our real estate tour so that we
could have dinner. My brother and I were very happy with this place.
Boutique Spa & Hotel Los MandarinosThis was
another great place to stay. There was a building on the grounds that was WiFi
connected. There was a wonderful restaurant where we had dinner. I had a spa
treatment and my brother had a massage. The morning before we left, we enjoyed
a breakfast buffet. The people working here were all helpful and friendly. I
loved this place as well and would return. Panama Luxury did everything to make us have a good vacation. They
corresponded with me regularly with updates of the trip. They had a packet on
our arrival with all the information and emergency contacts. Everyone was there
to pick us up and to take us where we needed to go. I was very pleased with
Panama Luxury Vacations arranging our trip and I can speak for my brother as
well. All other connections were right on time and all of the people who
picked us up for the domestic travel and the tours were fantastic. We were
pleased with everything and everyone. I most definitely would recommend
your agency.

Marialysia, Just wanted to let you know that we were very impressed with the package
you provided. All of the drivers were friendly and on time, could not ask for
more.
The Breezes is a good place to stay, good staff, excellent food and plenty
of good high quality drinks.
The Los Establos is a very beautiful place to stay with a great staff, they
just need a couple more amenities to make them a great place to stay.
Also a TV channel guide.
The Windham Garden has a good staff and a good shower, I can't think of any reason not to back there.

I just wanted to write you and thank you for all your assistance in planning my trip to Panama at the Gamboa Rainforest Resort. It was absolute Heaven. I did not want to come home. The Tours were great. My Guide for Achiote was fantastic. Everyone was warm and welcoming. I saw soooooooo many birds and numerous wildlife.

Having the private tours allowed me to proceed at my own pace, and deal with my pulmonary limitations and the personal one-on-one information and scoping birds and wildlife was really amazing! terrific– the staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfasts and other
meals were GREAT! We loved the beach club – it was amazing. Our trip across Panama to Boquete went pretty well; it was a good way to see the country. Our flight back to Panama City from David was smooth and went off without a hitch. Our favorite part of the trip was probably being in Boquete. It was scenic and we really enjoyed seeing the area. We had a great time with some wonderful memories of our week in Panama. The highways were good and we loved going through all the small towns and
getting to see the beautiful lush tropical countryside. Our fishing guide in Chiriqui that you set us up with did a wonderful job. And yes, the first day about two hours into
fishing around Hannibal Banks, Steve hooked into "the BIG one" - a black
marlin! Our guide estimated it between 400 - 450 lb. He
thoroughly enjoyed the fight and would love to hook in to another big
fish - maybe on our next trip to Panama. The first day we took our tuna
and amberjack back to the hotel and they cooked it for us - delicious! Overall, we caught a lot of fish -
bonita, amberjack, grouper, snapper (four different kinds), needlefish,
tuna - yellowfin and albacore.
Everyone was friendly and very hospitable - makes you want to just pack
up and move down! Our three neighbor couples who met us when we arrived
back in Denver wanted to hear all about our trip and I think they are
all ready to come visit. Thank you for a great trip!

Beth,
From the time we stepped out of customs and there was a sign with
my name on it to the point where we were dropped off for the flight home
it could not have been handled in a more professional manner. All
drivers and guides were waiting at the appointed times, all hotels
expected our arrivals, all tours and outings were first class and very
interesting, you coordination of all these events was superb. My wife
enjoyed all as well.
I know this isn't easy. We watched a woman have a melt down because her
plane reservation was not right, we saw people wait for close to 2 hours for
a tour, a boat ran out of gas in the middle of the canal channel--none
of these things came close to happening to us. We enjoyed our new
surroundings and experiences without worries.

The best aspects of our trip was the variety you planned for us
and how much we were able to pack into the week from native villages to
rainforests to Carribean to the Canal. All of the connections were on time and as
expected. I cannot think of one thing that you could have
done differently for us it was a wonderful week. We like to
cover a lot of territory and learn the culture when we travel. We also like to
feel safe and secure. Panama is a travel treasure for the US. Easy
to get there, no time change and surprising diversity with the individual indian
tribes. I had no idea. I would absolutely recommend and plan to use

Hi Beth- Traveling was fine, as your staff arranged it, and we always got
where we needed to go on time. The tours made the trip special! All tour guides were extremely
punctual and informative. On a scale of 1-10 (ten being best) I would rate it a 10, it was the best family vacation we have ever had. We were especially thankful for your willingness to be
flexible with our requests, pulling it together within one week, and having the

the drivers were great, of course, I
spent two days with Rene, who is very good at what he does. Los Quatro
Tulipanes turned out to be the best place to stay... One night, I checked out the
Veneto and would not have liked it as much. Casco Viejo was definitely
the place for me to stay.
My only regret is that there was not enough time to make a trip to
Boquete. Maybe next time! Anyway, thanks for planning a great tour!

We had a wonderful time in Panama. The house at the Bristol Buenaventura was
great and the location fantastic. Had a great fish dinner which we bought from
the fishermen on the beach. It's really quite something to see them haul in
their nets briming with fish and the pelicans flying all around them. It's like
something out of Hitchcock. Had a lovely lunch at the Casa Lordes in El Valle.
Also enjoyed the green beer at O'Pedros next door. The Camisones restaurant was
also great--we called ahead and ordered the paella. The Buenaventura was
wonderful with terriffic service and good food. Great dinner at the Bristol in
Panama City. Hope we can return again next year. Thanks again for all your help

We have returned from our terrific Panama vacation and want to thank you and all
your office mates who helped plan and arrange our trip. John and I had a
wonderful time. Everything was exactly what we wanted.. The Canal Railway trip,
the boat ride through the locks and the walk on the Camino de Cruces trail were
super. The companies you selected to guide us were top notch. They were
knowledgeable, pleasant, fun to be with, and always on time. I can't thank you
enough for putting us in the Los Cuatros Tulipanes---it was a perfect spot for
us to wander around and the 3 young men that ran the hotel were more like
welcoming nephews than hotel keepers. So our trip was a wonderful success and it
was your planning that made it so enjoyable.

We have used Panama Luxury Vacations and their “sister” company in Costa Rica
several times. We couldn’t be happier with the planning help we get, and the
results are perfect. The people are all very professional, knowledgeable and
very personable and pleasant to deal with. Accommodations and tours are always
exactly what we expected or better and we have never missed a transfer or
connection that they set up for us. We travel often, but will probably keep
going back to Panama and Costa Rica every 2-3 years (we love both places), and
we would never consider working with anyone else.

Your travel agency and you should be given an award of excellence by the country
of Panama tourism dept. Flawless and perfect schedule and vacation. I was
nervous at first, booking out of my country the first time and wiring money to a
travel agency not known. Trip Advisor.com had some good responses, but I was
still a little reserved. You may use any of our party of four as a reference any
time. You could have not dome anything better. We rate the vacation a 10. We
rate your service to us and your agency a 15+ on a scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 being
the best ).

Just to report that we are back home again with a nice tan and full of new
impressions and experience from a country we did not know much about three weeks
ago. Your professional handling of the logistics is much appreciated as is your
engaged staff in Panama City. San Blas was a great experience. The coconut
islands, the clear water, snorkeling meeting strange, beautiful and ugly fish
around the reefs. The Kuna people very friendly, we bought molas "en masse".

We were able to provide your staff with a drafted vacation plan and they

It's hard to pick a favorite because everything went so well. When I think about

I can't think of anything. PLV was prompt, helpful from the very beginning all
the way until we departed. We even changed our plans a bit in taking an earlier
flight to Boquete and called to see if we could still get a bus and right when
we got off the plane the bus was there. Daniel who picked us up from the airport
when we arrived in Panama was just great in explaining everything we needed to
know.
