The condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 140 sq. meters (1,506 sq. ft). Each bedroom has a separate A/C system, it is fully furnished, including a washer/dryer. Satellite TV included.

The current configuration is as follows:

Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed
Second bedroom: 2 bunk beds (4 twin beds)
Third bedroom: 1 queen-size bed

The condo is about a 7 minute walk to a stunning white sand beach. There are two shared swimming pools in the common areas. One is at the beachfront clubhouse, the other just a few steps from the condos.
