 Start
with a quick stop by our Panama City office for a discussion of
Panama Geography. You will also preview some of the many
projects in the city to determine those most wish to see. We
will then create a custom itinerary based on your interests.
Your guide will tell you about
the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you
may have along the way regarding banking and loans, retirement
laws, residency laws, taxes and regulations regarding real
estate transactions.
Next we will take you by several
of our preferred real estate projects in the area. Depending on
the needs you define, you may see several beach resorts who are
offering villas and ocean view condos, you will see large
beachside lots for sale, acreages a short distance from the
beach, hotels for sale, and some homes perched on cliffs
overlooking the blue Pacific.
There is no shortage of beach
real estate for sale within a short distance of our Santa Clara
office. Whether you want a large piece of land, an existing
villa or condo or a fixer upper house, we can help you find it
on this tour. We will show you several developing beach towns,
high end resort communities and new projects under way. This
area is possibly the fastest growing in Panama and will only

Panama is a world-class tourism destination.
