Day 1: Upon your arrival to the Panama International Airport a private shuttle will whisk you off to the Country Inn & Suites Amador. Day 2-3:
Mix business with pleasure. Today you will go on our private Pacific Beaches Real Estate tour. One of our Real Estate Consultants will contact you in advance to give you a run down of current beach projects and determine what you are looking for. Your guide will tell you about the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding banking and loans, retirement laws and benfits, residency laws, taxes and regulations regarding real estate transactions. Then see what its like to live by the beach as you spend two nights at the

Day 4: Today you'll change gears after a short flight on a twin engine aircraft to the town of David, one hour from the border of Costa Rica. From here you will transfer to the fresh, mountain town of
Boquete where you'll stay at the

Volcano, this boutique bed and breakfast sits on 12 acres of an estate quality coffee plantation, and is ideal for rest and relaxation. Enjoy the magnificent views from the hotel Jacuzzi or gourmet restaurant.
Day 5: Today you will go on a customized tour of real estate projects in Boquete. Visit several projects designed specifically for investors and retirees, some large acreages lots for building homes and existing houses. Depending on the needs you specify, you will travel to the areas our tour guide believes will be of most interest to you. Boquete is extremely popular with many foreign retirees. We will do our best to give you insight into the lifestyle and what it is like to live in this verdant region.
Day 6:
Today you will take a short flight back to Panama City where you'll stay at the Country Inn & Suites Amador hotel. Take some time to relax, explore and reflect on all you've seen.
Day 7: Today is your last full day in Panama. Take advantage of your free time to make contact with lawyers, banks and to take another look around Panama City.
Day 8: Your vacation has ended. We hope you like what you've seen! A private transfer will pick you up in the morning to take you to the airport for your international flight home.
