Day 1: Welcome to Panama City! You will be greeted at the airport by one of our representatives, who will assist you in picking up your rental car to begin your real estate exploration vacation. Drive to the Country Inn & Suites Amador on the Amador Causeway where you will enjoy your first night. Majestically located at the pacific entrance of the Panama Canal, this is a very cozy 119-room hotel. All rooms have balconies with views of the gardens or the Bridge of the Americas. The hotel also features a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and included breakfast.
Day 2: Drive west to the Anton Valley and enjoy the astounding scenery along the way - from cosmopolitan Panama City to the majestic mountains! Feel free to stop along the way as you wish. In a heavenly corner of the Anton Valley you will find La Casa de Lourdes, a cozy set of villas and restaurant whose design was inspired by the Tuscan style. Day 3: One of our expert Real Estate Consultants and driver will pick you up at your hotel and your Private El Valle Real Estate Tour begins! Your guide will tell you about the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding banking and loans, retirement laws, residency laws, taxes and regulations regarding real estate transactions. You will first visit Sora and surrounding areas. This region has become very popular with retirees because it is near Panama City (1 hr.) and the beach (20 min.) yet has a cool mountain climate and in some cases, ocean views. Next you''ll head down the mountain, along the highway and up the byway that leads to the town of Penonome, the capital of the Cocle Province. Last, we'll head to the Anton Valley or 'El Valle' as it's known to the locals. You will stop for lunch or snacks (not included) at your leisure during the tour. You will look forward to your comfortable room at Casa de Lourdes after this information-filled day!
Day 4: Hopefully you got a good night's sleep, as today you will drive northwest to the unique and upcoming mountain town of Boquete. Your hotel, Los Establos, is located 4,000 feet above sea level in the flanks of the Baru Volcano. This boutique bed and breakfast sits on 12 acres of an estate quality coffee plantation and is ideal for rest and relaxation. The magnificent views are of the “pueblo” below and the Baru Volcano and its numerous cones, which dominate the skyline. A welcome cocktail and breakfast are included in your stay.
Day 5: Prepare for another day of exploration and real estate treasures on your Private Boquete City Real Estate Tour. Your Boquete real estate consultant will be your guide. Day 7: Time to return to Panama City, but this time by air! Drive down the mountain to the city of David, drop off your rental car, and fly back to Panama City on a twin-engine aircraft. Take in the scenery while flying above Panama's beautiful landscape. A private ground transfer will take you to the Country Inn & Suites where you will spend your last night. Experience one of the many restaurants on the Amador Boardwalk for dinner, or simply relax at the hotel.
Day 8: Your real estate exploration has come to an end, and hopefully it was a productive trip! Your air-conditioned private microbus transfer will make sure you get to the Tocumen International Airport in plenty of time for your flight home. Perhaps your next trip will be to call Panama home!
