Day 1: Welcome to Panama City!
You will be greeted at the airport by one of our representatives, who
will assist you in picking up your rental car to begin your real estate
exploration vacation. Drive to the Country Inn Amador
on the Amador Causeway where you will enjoy your first
night. Majestically located at the pacific entrance of the Panama
Canal, this is a cozy 119-room hotel. All rooms have balconies with
views of the gardens or the Bridge of the Americas. The hotel also
features a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, and included breakfast.
Day 2: Drive west to the Anton Valley
and enjoy the astounding scenery along the way - from cosmopolitan
Panama City to the majestic mountains! In a heavenly corner of the Anton
Valley you will find the Los Mandarinos Hotel & Spa,
a cozy set of villas and restaurant whose design was inspired by the
Tuscan style. This exclusive boutique-hotel features magnificent views
in the middle of lush vegetation. Spend your evening relaxing at this
lovely hotel and preparing for your real estate tour the next day.
Day 3:
Prior to your arrival, an expert real estate consultant will contact
you to discuss your interests so they can customize your tour. On this
day, that consultant will pick you up at your hotel and your Private El Valle Anton Real Estate Tour
begins! Your guide will tell you about the basics of investing in
Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding
banking and loans, retirement & residency laws, taxes and other
regulations regarding real estate transactions. You will stop for lunch
or snacks (not included) at your leisure during the tour. You will look
forward to your comfortable room at Los Mandarinos after this
information-filled day!
Day 4: On your own
Day 5: Prepare for another day of exploration and real estate treasures on your Private Central Pacific Highlands Real Estate Tour.
A local real estate consultant will be your guide. During the tour,
you will visit several projects designed specifically for investors and
retirees, as well as some large acreages, lots for building homes and
existing houses. Depending
on the needs you specify, you will travel to the areas our consultant
believes will be of most interest to you.
Day 6: Enjoy today as a free day
exploring the area on your own in your rental car. You may want to take the day
off, enjoy a coffee tour or perhaps re-visit a property of interest from
your real estate tour.
Day 7:
Time to return to Panama City. Enjoy your final evening in town. Experience one of the many restaurants on the Amador Boardwalk
for dinner, or simply relax at the hotel.
