Day 1: Upon arrival to the Panama International Airport, a private shuttle will take you to downtown Panama City and the beautiful DeVille Hotel. The DeVille is located in the financial center of Panama, designed for a select clientele who are accustomed to personalized attention. The Hotel DeVille offers an environment of maximum comfort, security and advanced technology. Guest rooms are generous in size and include the appointments of a small residence. Get a good night's rest, as tomorrow is a big day! One of our Real Estate Consultants will contact you prior to your arrival in order to answer your questions and determine a short list of what you would like to see while here. Your tour will be customized based on your interests.

Day 2: Today you will be taken on a customized Panama City Real Estate Tour.  Prior to your arrival in Panama, one of our expert Real Estate Consultants will contact you to discuss Panama Geography, preview some of the many projects in the city to determine those you most wish to see and then create a custom itinerary based on your interests. Your guide will tell you about the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding banking and loans, retirement laws, residency laws, taxes and regulations regarding real estate transactions.

If you desire, we can introduce you to loan officers at foreigner-friendly banks.  There you may to speak with a representative about the requirements to do banking and apply for a loan in Panama. Based on your custom itinerary, you may visit any of the following areas in any order. Costa del Este, Albrook, Punta Pacifica, Clayton, Punta Paitilla, Casco Viejo, Balboa Avenue, Amador Causeway, Obarrio, Tucan Golf Resort, El Cangrejo.

Day 3:  Time for some FUN!  Embark on a Private City & Canal Full Day Tour.  Visit Cosmopolitan Panama City, the International Banking center area, Casco Antiguo (Colonial City), Amador Causeway (Pacific entrance to the Canal), Las Americas Bridge, Panama Canal (Miraflores Locks) & the ruins of old Panama City.  This is a great tour for first time visitors and those interested in real estate around town as it will give you a great orientation to Panama City and help to get your bearings.

Days 4-5: On Your Own: Enjoy your free day exploring on your own in this Cosmopolitan City. Meet again with the real estate expert, or if you want to mix in more pleasure than business, we offer a number of exciting day tours from Panama City.  Lake or deep sea fishing, jungle treks or cultural encounters with indigenous tribes are just a few of the many possibilities.

Day 6: Your vacation has ended!  We hope you like what you've seen and that Panama City may be your new home in the future.  A private transfer will pick you up in the morning to take you to the airport for your international flight home.
