Day 1: Upon your arrival to the Panama International Airport a company representative will meet you to answer any questions and connect you with your rental car. From the airport, you will head out of the city to nearby
Coronado Beach. Once there, you will check in to your lodging, the
Coronado Hotel & Resort. The resort, with its 75 spacious suites, is located just one hour from
Panama City and offers a beautiful setting for you to enjoy. Facilities include: an 18-hole golf course, beach club, 2 swimming pools, restaurants, bar, disco, spa, tennis court, jacuzzi and equestrian club.
Day 2: Today you will embark on a
Central Pacific Real Estate Tour. Prior to your arrival, one of our Real Estate Consultants will contact you to discuss Panama real estate, answering questions you may have and narrowing the type of property and places you wish to see during your tour. Depending on your interests, you will be shown several beach communities, which may include Gorgona, Coronado,
Santa Clara and others. The Buenaventura Resort, Bijao Project (Breezes Resort) and
Playa Blanca Resort are among the more advanced gated resort developments in this area that you may visit.
During your tour, your guide will tell you about the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding banking, retirement laws, taxes and regulations regarding real estate transactions. You will stop for lunch or snacks (not included) at your leisure during the tour.
Day 3: Enjoy your free day to soak up some rays and relax on the beach.
Day 4: Drive 3 hours Southwest, down the Azuero Peninsula to the small town of
Pedasi. While in this charming town you’ll stay at
Casita Margarita, a five bedroom Bed & Breakfast in the heart of downtown Pedasi. Casita Margarita is located within 5 minutes drive from several beaches and a small marina - the setting is ideal for surfers, fishing aficionados and those who just want to relax. This region is still in the early stages of development and offers some affordable options for beachfront and ocean view land for sale. There are a handful of gated communities in various stages of completion.
Day 5: One of our real estate experts will provide you a guided
Tour of the Eastern Azuero Peninsula. This area is a favorite of developers and small investors alike, due to the relatively low cost of land and the many pristine beaches and rolling pastoral landscapes. Based on your custom itinerary, you may visit any of these areas: Las Tablas, Pedasi, Playa Venao, Tonosi and the many small beach towns along the way.
Day 6: Enjoy your free day! You may want to try your hand at local style sport fishing off a panga, or perhaps take a tour of the Isla Iguana National Park for some snorkeling and lazing on the island's lovely white sand beach.
Day 7: Drive back to Panama City at your leisure to stay at the
Country Inn Amador. Located before the pacific entrance to the Panama Canal, this cozy hotel offers private balconies in every room with views of the garden or the Bridge of the Americas. Enjoy access to the pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and the Amador Boardwalk, a land bridge with beautiful views of Panama City and great dining options.
Day 8: Your vacation has come to an end! We hope you enjoyed your time in Panama. Drive back to the international airport, return your rental car and fly home.
