Day 1: Upon your arrival to the Panama International Airport a private shuttle will whisk you off to the Country Inn & Suites Amador.
Located before the Pacific entrance to the Panama Canal, this hotel
offers private balconies in every room with views of their garden or the
Bridge of the Americas. Enjoy access to a pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts
and the Amador Boardwalk, a land bridge with beautiful views of Panama
City and great dining options.
Day 2: Enjoy your private Pacific Beaches Real Estate tour.
You will head over the Bridge of the Americas to Panama's nearby
Central Pacific Coast, a little over one hour from Panama City. From
there, you will tour the beach communities of Gorgona, Coronado, Santa
Clara and others. One of our Real Estate Consultants will contact you
prior to your
arrival in order to answer your questions and determine a short list of
what you would like to see while here. Your tour will be customized
based on your interests. Spend two nights at the Coronado Hotel & Resort,
located just over one hour from Panama city. The extensive facilities
include an 18-hole golf course, beach club, 2 swimming pools,
restaurants, bar, disco, spa, tennis court, jacuzzi and equestrian
club. This is an affordable and centric option that's ideal for a real
estate tour. We can also substitute this hotel for alternate nearby
lodging such as the Bristol Buenaventura, Playa Blanca or Breezes
Resort.
While on your private tour, your guide will discuss the basics of
living, investing and retirement in Panama. He will and answer any
questions you may have regarding banking and loans, retirement benefits,
residency laws and taxes. During your customized Panama real estate
tour, you will be shown the best options for local villas, condos, ocean
view lots, beachfront homes and other properties for sale. There is a
growing variety of beach real estate for sale in this region, which is
under 2 hours from Panama City.
Day 3: Take a guided tour of Anton Valley & the Mountains of Sora. These are cooler areas nearby the Central Pacific which are popular with retirees for their pleasant year round climates. See the various projects and raw land available in these areas.
Day 4: Drive 3 hours Southwest, down the Azuero Peninsula to the small town of Pedasi. While in this charming town you’ll stay at Casita Margarita,
a five bedroom Bed & Breakfast in the heart of downtown Pedasi.
Casita Margarita is located within 5 minutes drive from several beaches
and a small marina - the setting is ideal for surfers, fishing
aficionados and those who just want to relax. This region is still in
the early stages of development and offers some affordable options for
beachfront and ocean view land for sale. There are a handful of gated
communities in various stages of completion.
Day 5: Take an Azuero Beaches Real Estate Tour. One of our real estate experts will provide you a guided tour of the Eastern Azuero Peninsula. This area is a favorite of developers and
small investors alike, due to the relatively low cost of land and the
many pristine beaches and rolling pastoral landscapes. Based on your
custom itinerary, you may visit any of these areas: Las Tablas, Pedasi,
Playa Venao, Tonosi and the many small beach towns along the way.
Day 6: Ready for some cooler weather? Drive to Boquete, a popular mountain tourism and retirement spot in Panama's Chiriqui
Province. This mountainous region is near Panama's border with Costa
Rica and has become a popular spot for retirees and expats. From here
you will transfer to the mountain town of Boquete where you'll stay at
the
Los Establos Hotel. Located 4,000 feet above sea level on the
flanks of the Baru Volcano, this boutique bed and breakfast sits on 12
acres of an estate quality coffee plantation, and is ideal for rest and
relaxation. Enjoy magnificent views from the hotel Jacuzzi or gourmet
restaurant.
Day 7: Go on a Customized Boquete Real Estate Tour.
Visit several projects designed specifically for investors and retirees.
You'll see large lots for building homes as well as existing houses in
gated communities. Depending on the needs you specify, you will travel
to the areas our tour guide believes will be of most interest to you.
Day 8: Relax and enjoy Boquete's cool, clean mountain air. There are a wide variety of tours and excursions from which to choose.
Day 9: Take a short flight back to Panama City where you'll stay
at the Country Inn & Suites Amador. Take some time to relax,
explore and reflect on all you've seen.
