Day 1: Upon your arrival to the Panama International Airport a company representative will meet you to answer any last minute questions and connect you with your rental car. From the airport, you will head out of the city to the beach to the
Coronado Hotel & Resort. The resort, with its 75 spacious suites, is located just one hour from
Panama City and offers a beautiful setting for you to enjoy. Facilities include: an 18-hole golf course, beach club, 2 swimming pools, restaurants, bar, disco, spa, tennis court, jacuzzi and equestrian club.
Day 2: Today you will embark on a real estate tour of the Pacific Beach area. Prior to your arrival, one of our Real Estate Consultants will contact you in advance to discuss Panama Geography and preview some of the many projects on the the Pacific coast to determine those you most wish to see. Depending on the needs you define, we will show you several beach
resorts who are offering villas and ocean view condos, large beachside
lots for sale, acreages a short distance from the beach, hotels for sale
and homes perched on cliffs overlooking the blue Pacific. During your tour, your guide will tell you about the basics of investing in Panama and answer any questions you may have along the way regarding banking and loans, retirement laws, residency laws, taxes and regulations regarding real estate transactions. There is no shortage of beach real estate for sale within a short distance of our
Santa Clara office. You will stop for lunch or snacks (not included) at your leisure during the tour.
Day 3: On Your Own: Enjoy your free day!
Day 4: On Your Own: Drive Southwest down the Azuero Peninsula to the small town of
Pedasi. While in this charming town you’ll stay at
Casita Margarita, a five bedroom Bed & Breakfast. Casita Margarita is located within 5 minutes drive from several beaches and a small marina - the setting is ideal for surfers, fishing aficionados and those who just want to relax. The hotel is a recently remodeled country home with quality fixtures and finish work that makes it a very comfortable place to stay, yet the original rustic feel was preserved to provide guests an authentic stay at a home whose charming design is very typical of the region. Common areas include: Dining area with front yard terrace, second story balcony overlooking the town, second story reading room, a backyard sitting area with gardens and a TV room with large flat screen TV.
Day 5: One of our real estate experts will provide you a guided tour of the Western Azuero Peninsula. This area is a favorite of developers and small investors alike, due to the relatively low cost of land and the many pristine beaches and rolling pastoral landscapes. During the tour, your guide will inform you of the basics of investing in Panama and answer questions you may have about banking, taxes, retirement and residency laws. Based on your custom itinerary, you may visit any of these areas: Chitre, Las Tablas, Pedasi, Playa Venao, Tonosi and the many surrounding beaches.
Day 6: On Your Own: Enjoy your free day!
Day 7: On Your Own: Drive back to Panama City at your leisure to stay at the Country Inn & Suites. Located before the pacific entrance to the Panama Canal, this cozy hotel offers private balconies in every room with views of the garden or the Bridge of the Americas. Enjoy access to the pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts and the Amador Boardwalk, a land bridge with beautiful views of Panama City and great dining options.
Day 8: Your vacation has come to an end! We hope you enjoyed your time in Panama. Drive back to the international airport, return your rental car and fly home.
