Gone Fishing Resort's name says it all: this place is all about FISHING. Located right on the water at the famous fishing grounds of
Boca Chica, this secluded bay is your jump off point for fantastic sport fishing. Hotel features include:

Meals are served on our open air terrace, room service is available. The Bistro menu offers gourmet fare, that favors the freshest fruit, vegetables and herbs (many grown on site), and sea foods, poultry and meats. We always have the freshest “catch of the day,” - usually caught just hours earlier! The open-air bar, with a fabulous view of the ocean, opens at 7:00 a.m. and closes when the last client retires for the evening. Soft drinks, wine, beer, mixed drinks and tropical exotic drinks are served icy cold, or if you prefer, beer and liquor can be purchased and an ice cooler is provided for you to continue enjoyment in your room. We have karaoke and dancing on a regular basis.

The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious and professionally decorated. The furnishings throughout the resort are all custom made out of teak. All rooms are air- conditioned with private bathrooms and terraces with fabulous views. Each room has a queen sized bed. A rollaway bed is available upon request. Internet (Wi-Fi) access is available in the bar and dining area via your laptop. The deluxe rooms are larger, have a perfect ocean view, hammock and TV. The resort opened in March 2006. English and Spanish are spoken. We are a one of a kind resort, offering an opportunity for fisherman to bring their families.
