This
lovely 8,000 square foot beach home is situated at an incredible
location. Set high on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific,
this six bedroom, six bath house is just over an hour from Panama
City, yet in a secluded and very exclusive beach location.
A staircase leads you straight from
the ocean view porch down to the beach. Built with an open plan,
guests will enjoy the massive outdoor spaces designed for fun and
relaxation. A huge outdoor dining table, swimming pool, bar
and BBQ area are just a few of the many environments to explore.
Every
one of the six bedrooms has its own bathroom. Five of the
rooms feature King beds, the sixth is perfect for kids and has
two bunk beds. With two guests per Queen bed and one
per single bed, the house can accommodate up to 14 guests! It's ideal for a family, a group of business executives or any
private group.
On-site
maid service is there to keep the place sparkling while you and
your guests have a great time.
A massive, seven acre back yard
features lovely exotic trees and flowers. Kids can run all
over the property, jump in the pool or hit the beach. The
feeling at the house is one of total privacy. High ceilings,
tasteful decorations and rich woods create an atmosphere of
relaxed style and total comfort. A humongous kitchen is a
cook's delight. You and your friends can whip up your own
dishes or check out the area restaurants.
Layout: 6 bedrooms -- 5 on 1st floor, one master
suite on 2nd floor. Every room has a
private bathroom and there is a half bath by the pool.
