1. Reservations -- Once confirmed, your hotel & tour reservations are pre-paid and guaranteed.  You will receive confirmation numbers for these so that you can cross-check with the providers if desired.

We Are Established -- Our agency is a well recognized, licensed & insured travel agency operation here in Panama.  Our parent company has been in the travel industry in Costa Rica since 1999 and is THE largest agency in that country.  We have been operating in Panama since 2002.  In short, we are not a fly-by-night outfit and WILL be here when you arrive to provide you outstanding service.

3. Logistics Check -- We have a department dedicated to quality control, making sure your trip is seamless before, during and after your vacation. If issues DO occur, we promise to do our best to resolve them in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
