 Day
1: Fly into the San Jose International Airport.
Upon arrival you will be met by one of our representatives, at
which point
your itinerary will be explained and
questions answered. You will also be provided with a packet of
vouchers and information about your trip. Transfer to Arenal,
where you will stay at the luxurious
Tabacon Resort.
Tabacon Resort offers 95
spacious standard rooms and 11 Jr. Suites, all with furnishings
handcrafted by local artisans. Guests can enjoy such in-room
amenities as air-conditioning, cable TV, hair dryer, safety box,
coffeemaker and Room Service. Some rooms offer volcano views.
The resort boasts the best spa in the area. Breakfast buffet and
entrance to the famous Tabacon hot springs are included.
 Day
2: Intense Volcano Spa Treatment for Two: Relax and enjoy an
amazing spa treatment for two. Includes Volcanic Stone Facial,
Volcanic Stone Massage, and Reflexology.
Day 3: Today you will embark
in a natural adventure, the Safari Float. This completely
relaxing float trip takes you on the beautiful Rio Peñas Blancas,
where you're bound to spot tropical birds, monkeys, poison dart
frogs, and more! Includes transportation, bilingual guide,
equipment, and fruit break.
Day 4: Transfer to Monteverde, one of Costa Rica's most
impressive natural settings. There you will stay at

in their romantic Honeymoon Suite.
 Situated

Monteverde, a

awaits you,
set on a
private

acres farm (50% protected primary
forest) adjacent to the Monteverde Reserve. The suite has an
amazing view. Common areas include lounges with cable TV,
private forest with trails and a lake, swimming pool, and
international restaurant. Breakfast buffet included.
 Day
5: Time for another nature tour, horseback riding. Travel
through natural trails or primary and secondary forest, banana
and coffee plantations, and enjoy wonderful views of the Gulf of
Nicoya. During the tour you will have the opportunity to observe
a great variety of birds and plants. Includes transportation,
local guide, and equipment.
 Day
6: Transfer to the
Peace Lodge, an astonishing natural garden close to San
Jose. There you will enjoy your stay in a Deluxe Room. Located
on the grounds of the La Paz Waterfall gardens, this hotel
contains a luxury oasis in every room! Each room boasts a
Jacuzzi tub and stone fireplace along with showers that
transform into waterfalls with the turn of a knob. From the
handcrafted canopy beds and love seats to the original stained
glass and illustrated artwork you will understand the time and
care put into the details of each accommodation. To insure your
enjoyment of the cool mountain weather and view of the Poas
Volcano, rooms were built with oversized balconies complete with
rocking chairs, hammocks and custom Jacuzzi tubs. All guests are
welcome to enjoy the park before it opens and after it closes,
the optimal bird and wildlife viewing times. Breakfast included.
 Day
7: The ultimate Costa Rican experience of flowers,
butterflies, orchids, hummingbirds, Cloud and Rainforest, and
waterfalls! Travel with your personal guide through the trails
to learn about the history and ecology of the area and
interesting aspects of the construction of Waterfall Gardens
Day 8: Transfer to the San
Jose International Airport for your flight back home. Your Costa
Rican Honeymoon has come to an end.
