Day 1 - Arrive in San Jose. Take a transfer to the Zamora Estate. Located in the suburb of Santa Ana, this hotel is a place of exuberant natural beauty hidden in the midst of Costa Rica’s capital city. Check out the nearby shopping centers, take in a movie or just relax in your room.
Day 2 – Take a transfer from San Jose to Hermosa. There you'll stay at Hotel Bosque del Mar, an exclusive resort that works as a boutique hotel. Its eco-friendly concept makes it one of the most unique hotels in the country. Go out and visit the local restaurants and shops or stay in your hotel and relax.
Day 3 – Today you will go on a Real Estate Tour of Hermosa. Our expert real estate agent will show you the best properties in the region and give you advice about buying land in Costa Rica. Return to Hotel Bosque del Mar for a night of rest.
Day 4 – Take a transfer from Hermosa to Tamarindo where you'll stay at the Tamarindo Diria, a premium hotel with a blessed location. You can sit back and enjoy the views for your room or have a fine dinner at their gourmet restaurant.
Day 5 –
Today you will go on a Real Estate Tour of Tamarindo. Make sure you take notes of all the properties you're seeing, ask for advice, clear your mind, let our real estate expert help you. Then head back to the Tamrindo Diria for an evening of rest, unless you head out to check out the local nightlife!
Day 6 –
Today you will head back to San José and stay at the Zamora Estate. Perhaps you would like to head downtown and take in a night at the National Theater or dine at one of the fine restaurants in Escazú. You can also rest at your hotel and save energy for what's coming. We're only halfway through.
Day 7 – A real estate agent will take you out on a Real Estate Tour around town. Explore one of the most underrated parts of the country as you discover architectonic gems in the hills of Santa Ana and the lavish condos near the Sabana Park. The time for this tour depends on the number of places you visit. We recommend you make a list of properties you're interested in beforehand. Head back to the Zamora Estate, be sure to try their delicious dinner or even maybe cook yourself!
Day 8 – Today you will take a transfer to Manuel Antonio where you'll stay at The Falls Hotel at Manuel Antonio. Hit the beach or lounge by the pool, after all that business you deserve some time of leisure under the sun. Have a big meal at the delicious restaurants in the area, head back to the hotel and have a good rest.
Day 9 – Our expert real estate agent will take you on a Real Estate Tour. Manuel Antonio has some of the most sought after properties in the region so keep your eyes open for unexpected deals and don't forget to enjoy the stunning landscapes. After a big day out head back to your hotel for one final night in Costa Rica.
