The Operations Departments in both countries consist of Reservations, Finance, Technology and Client Services Departments.  These departments handle all the details that comprise our clients' vacations.  We call our sales team Travel Consultants as they need to know everything about Costa Rica and Panama.

Assistant Sales Manager Wanted: -- We are looking for a self motivated person that thrives on goals and is willing to supervise our travel consultants to guarantee that our sales objectives are met and our customers are satisfied. Need someone who is assertive, extroverted and not afraid of being a strong leader and who can help keep a team of many different personalities motivated and focused on the task at hand. Must be a natural team player who will be in charge of making initial phone contact with customers and train our travel consultants on their duties. Must be detailed oriented, disciplined, have a people oriented personality and be fully bilingual in English & Spanish. Must have at least 2 years experience as an assistant sales manager, preferably in the Travel & Tourism industry and be living here in Costa Rica.
