 Villa Pelicano is tranquil and private, yet located in the core of Manuel Antonio close to numerous quality restaurants, malls, casinos and vendors and minutes from the lively town of Quepos which has everything you may need. Villa Pelicano is a landmark of Manuel Antonio, known as the “mansion” with its walled entrance bearing huge hand-painted Pelicans. A private gate opens to reveal a palm tree lined driveway leading to your 5 acre haven with awesome 2 story cathedral ceilings and giant living, dining, bed and bathrooms, verandas, pool, and walk in closets.
 There are 4 spacious master rooms with King Size bed, high ceilings and glass sliders that allow in the invigorating ocean breeze. There is a luxurious Jacuzzi tub, air conditioning, and roomy verandas that allow panoramic views of the abundant wildlife surrounding you. A 5th bedroom has 3 double beds, private seating area, air conditioning, and veranda. A 6th bedroom contains 1 double bed, air conditioning, and veranda.
The living room has a wraparound balcony, 2-story cathedral ceiling, Satellite TV, VCR, stereo, CD player and modern Costa Rican art. The 2nd level of the home is spacious with a seating area, ocean view balcony, over stunning beaches and rainforest.
 The swimming pool with comfortable cushioned lounge chairs and shade umbrellas is the ideal place to cool off and relax. The area is secured by a security gate and a wall; there is also a carport and parking area. 2 maids and a caretaker are on-sight in a detached house near the entrance of the estate.
Villa Pelicano is an all inclusive vacation retreat; the full time staff include maid service and preparation of 3 gourmet meals per day by our talented chef (you reimburse him for food/drinks and transport) 7 days a week, roundtrip transportation from San Jose in a comfortable duel air conditioned minivan, and full time concierge service to assist with all your needs. The home is equipped with all the amenities you may possibly desire including; high quality sheets and towels, full kitchenware, phone lines, direct TV, a stereo with CD player and more. We also provide a helpful guide to all of the best tours in the area and information and directions to the best restaurants, beaches and sights.
