 The Palms is situated in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste only a 20 minutes drive from the Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia.
The white sand beach in Hermosa is 1 of 2 in the area to gain recognition for environmental cleanliness.
Playa Hermosa is located on the Gulf of Papagayo; it is near Playas del Coco which has restaurants, nightlife, casinos, gift shops, a supermarket and more.
The distinctive Arnold Palmer golf course of the Four Seasons resort is visible from across the Bay. The city of Liberia is about 30 minutes away and Tamarindo is about 45 minutes away, one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches is a short walk from the home and 2 national parks, one of which contains a semi active volcano, is an hour drive north.
Exotic palm trees line the entrance to this luxurious home, a stunning view of the mountains and the ocean is immediately visible upon entrance. This fantasy home was built in 2007, and is perched upon a mountain surveying the beach of Playa Hermosa, the ocean, majestic mountains and volcanic ridges.
The home is elegantly decorated with authentic Costa Rican artwork and furniture. The palms has a large bedroom suite with twin beds and 3 master suites with king beds, each having breathtaking ocean views. Upstairs there is a stylish hand carved wood kitchen, a large room with cathedral wood ceilings, a laundry, a master suite and a large balcony with barbecue.
On the lower walkout level, there are 3 bedrooms, a large room, a custom wood kitchenette and a spacious outdoor balcony. To entertain guests in style, there is a massive 45 ft. infinity pool with Jacuzzi, and a Rancho with barbecue, washroom and wet bar; the house easily holds a 60 person event.
Picture yourself lounging with a drink in your hand or floating in the pool, marveling at the dark, star-filled sky, or gazing down onto the town lights, with the peaceful sounds of the lapping ocean waves in the background.

Easter & Xmas Week $6000. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. The final 50% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within the 30 day period, the full amount is due immediately. CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits are non-refundable. If medical reasons or a death in the family prevent the guest(s) from traveling, all monies on deposit will remain on account for a period of one year allowing the guests to re-book at a future date. Future rentals may or may not be of the same value depending on availability and season. |
