The rooms at Peace Lodge are crafted masterfully to invite in the outside environment. Naturally shaped wood beams and hand laid hardwood flooring along with river stone and slate engender an atmosphere of Costa Rica's rustic past and natural beauty of the surrounding rainforest.

Each and every room boasts a Jacuzzi tub and stone fireplace along with showers that transform into waterfalls with the turn of a knob. From the handcrafted canopy beds and love seats to the original stained glass and illustrated artwork you will understand the time and care put into the details of each room.

To ensure your enjoyment of the cool mountain weather and view of the Poas Volcano, over sized balconies are complete with rocking chairs, hammocks and custom Jacuzzi tubs. The first class experience continues with your choice of aromatherapy products and a selection of fine quality linens and robes.

The Monarch Villa (sleeps up to 5 guests) while named after a butterfly, really should be called the Honeymoon Suite. Since opening, the room has hosted many honeymooners and caused a few others to propose (including the owner of Waterfall Gardens). The 1,200 square foot villa hosts three fireplaces, a King size canopy bed, kitchenette and over sized master bathroom, complete with full Jacuzzi tub, fireplace and waterfall shower. The villa's luxurious living room includes a two-story fireplace that is shared by the second floor loft with a Queen sized bed, a Single bed and full bathroom. For a truly romantic evening, guests can enjoy views of the La Paz River Valley and the Poas Volcano from the Jacuzzi tub on the balcony of this wonderland in a Cloud Forest.

The 800 square foot Deluxe room has an unbelievable garden bathroom designed for the true nature lover. A seven-foot waterfall comes to life as you soak in the Jacuzzi tub in the garden. There is also a garden shower and indoor shower. All of this is surrounded by beautiful indoor landscaping and illuminated by a skylight. The room also has a Jacuzzi tub and hammock on the balcony for those picture perfect star gazing nights. A grand gas fireplace sits in front of the King size canopy bed, and the room is also equipped with satellite TV, stereo system, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

This 650 square foot Standard room has a King size canopy bed viewing a grand gas fireplace. The interior design of the room is only surpassed by the view from the balcony of the La Paz River Valley and the Poas Volcano. The best way to enjoy the view is from the Jacuzzi tub or swaying in the hammock on the balcony. The bathroom has an oversized mosaic tiled tub and elaborate waterfall shower. There is also satellite TV, stereo system, refrigerator, and coffee maker.
