The hotel consists of 16 comfortable rooms equipped with 1 Double and 1 Single bed and kitchenette. Four family style cabins have two Double beds or one Double bed with one bunk bed and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the hotel features a swimming pool, hydro-massage, wet bar, an excellent restaurant, pool table, tennis courts, a private biological reserve and lots of green areas.

The reserve has two principal trails, "Mono Ardilla", (approx. a 30 minute walk), and "Mono Congo," (approx. a 1.5 hr walk). Both trails were designed so that visitors can explore the reserve on their own. The hotel has prepared a guide that includes the names of trees and vegetation, as well as birds that can be spotted.
