Details of The Guarantee:
1. Reservations -- Once confirmed your hotels will be there! Your rooms are pre-paid and guaranteed.
2. We're established – We're recognized, based here in Costa Rica and have been in operation for nearly a decade.
3. Logistics check – We have a department dedicated to quality control, making sure your trip is seamless before, during and after your vacation.
4. What you see is what you get -- We represent the products and services that comprise your vacation in an accurate and realistic manner.
5. Price -- We promise to never mark up prices above the listed rates of hotels and tour providers.
If we do not fulfill the items above in our guarantee, the vacationer will be eligible to receive a refund of up to 25% of the total price of the trip.
