Places to Visit: Playa Conchal

Day 1: Fly into Liberia, Costa Rica where you will be met inside the airport and taken to your waiting private transfer. Just one hour later you’ll arrive at your home for the week, the incredible Reserva Conchal. This 2,300 acre property is one of the most luxurious and modern projects in Central America as it combines beautiful architecture and luxury with stunning natural beauty. The property is also home to a par 72 Robert Trent Jones II championship golf course, casino, huge spa, brand new beach club and of course the gorgeous white sand Conchal Beach. Here you’ll stay in a private condo which will combine privacy with 5 star luxury.

Day 2: You will be picked early in the morning and we’ll start fishing! After a short 10 minute drive to a local beach you’ll be taken out to your sport fishing yacht for a day of fishing. Your 32′ Phoenix convertible will provide the comforts of plenty of shade and an air-conditioned cabin, but more importantly one of the best and most experienced crews in Costa Rica. With over 35 years combined experience Captain Walden and first mate Franklin will be sure to do everything possible to put you on the fish!

Day 3: Take this day to relax and enjoy the beach! The Reserva Conchal boasts a brand new beach club with a huge pool, pool chairs, spa, and a great restaurant.

Day 4: Let’s head back out on the water for another full day of sport fishing. Yellow-fin tuna can be found anywhere from two miles to forty miles from the coastline so keep an eye out for circling birds or schools of dolphin that can number in the hundreds.

Day 5: This is your last day of fishing so make it count! If you caught enough dorado and tuna to eat for the week then try you luck at landing a trophy billfish or come in-shore and see what a roosterfish will do to your biceps.

Day 6: Relax and enjoy your last day in Costa Rica! Set up an adventure tour or just take the day to relax at the beach and hit the spa to let those sore muscles recuperate.

Day 7: We will pick you up and take you to back to the LIR Airport just an hour way for your flight back to home.
