One of the executives at CRV, Tony is responsible for maintaining provider relationships, overseeing day to day operations and analyzing new business ventures. He spends his free time playing sand volleyball, creating music and enjoying time with his 8-year-old-son, Joshua.
Casey moved to Costa Rica from chilly PA over 10 yrs ago and never left. Casey is also one of the head execs at CRV, and as our Internet marketer, he’ll claim that it was he who drew you to our website.
Richard moved from Woking, Surrey to Costa Rica to be with his Tica wife and is fanatic fisherman. Richard is responsible for getting you to the site and then making sure that you book with us.
Roman is our Finance Director since 2007. As Tico, he is really proud about his country and that’s why he likes to travel, and discover every beautiful place of Costa Rica with his family. With more than 20 years working on accounting, auditing and finance, he loves every aspect of his job and allways looking for new challenges.
Derek was born July 1976, even though people think he is a foreigner (due to his last name) he was actually born in San Jose, Costa Rica. He has had the opportunity of visiting several other countries and he loves his own. He joined CRV on June 2011 and says is the best decision he has ever made; with great coworkers, amazing places to visit, and sharing with others what Costa Rica has to offer…definitely a job most people would love to have. He enjoys running (his favorite sport), surfing and traveling with his kids. A nice steak or sushi are his favorite foods which he enjoys with a nice beer or glass of wine.
Diego is our IT manager, always making sure we are up to speed with the latest technology so that we can be more efficient on our daily work. He loves cars and he’s a very big fan of DC Comics. On his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and running away to the beach every time he can.
Chris was born in Pittsburgh and grew up in Wisconsin. After graduating from the University of Minnesota he decided the corporate world was not for him so he moved down here full time in 2005. Chris created and manages our sport fishing division of the agency, loves playing & watching sports, hanging out with friends and traveling. A huge Steelers fan!
Claudia is originally from Caracas, Venezuela. She fell in love with Costa Rica after visiting her relatives in 1998 and moved here in 2010, same year when she gave birth to her son Eduardo. She says she feels like she’s lived all her life in Costa Rica and thanks this beautiful country for all the opportunities it has offered her and her family. With over 12 years experience in Travel and Tourism, Claudia is passionate about this industry, whether traveling for personal reasons or making the traveling experience for all our visitors the most memorable vacations ever. In her free time she likes to cook new recipes, enjoys eating Sushi and Mediterranean food and during weekend she likes to spend time with her relatives and friends.
Alejandro handles company finances and operations. He is also crazy for the defunct rock group Rage Against the Machine.
Adam is English and has been living in Costa Rica since Jan ’06 after falling in love with the country. He has previously worked as a P.E. and Art Teacher in Monteverde. Adam loves film and design, travel and culture, and most sports – Football (Soccer!), Tennis, Pool and TaeKwon Do to name a few.
Carlos is married with two beautiful daughters, Paula and Melissa. Carlos enjoys traveling and getting to know new places. On the weekend he enjoys jumping in the car with the girls and discovering new places in Costa Rica. He also plays the guitar with a group of friends and likes to enjoy the Costa Rican nightlife from time to time.
Adriana has been working tourism for over 8 years and loves to travel her home country. She loves to watch movies,listen to music and enjoy the local nightlife with her husband and friends.
Bryan is originally from Buffalo, New York. He first came to Costa Rica over 15 years ago and has been living here permanently for the last 3 years. Bryan is an avid mountain biker and enjoys riding the trails near his home in the mountains of Heredia. He frequently travels to the beach with his dog to go surfing, and of course to fish!
Justin is originally from Florida and first came to Costa Rica 2005. He fell in love with the place and traveled back and forth for 5 years until he finally moved here in 2009 and married a tica. He loves to help family and friends plan their vacations to Costa Rica. Justin enjoys being outdoors, fishing, diving, horseback riding and all adventure activities that Costa Rica has to offer.
Originally from West Virginia, Matt came to Costa Rica in 1990, and has lived here ever since. Over the years he has worked as a baker, English teacher, bar and restaurant manager, and tour operator. While seeing numerous changes during his twenty plus years in Costa Rica, Matt most loves what is unchanged about the country: the natural beauty and the friendliness of the people. In his spare time he enjoys reading, writing, mountain biking, playing in the ocean, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Pablo is Costa Rican from the province of Alajuela. He makes sure that our systems are working well and also helps in their development. He enjoys playing football, reading and being up to date with the latest technology.
Albert is Costa Rican from Liberia, Guanacaste. He makes sure that our systems are working well and also helps in their development.
He enjoys traveling and getting to know new places.
Esteban Chacón was born in San Jose. He started working with CRV’s Marketing Department in 2012, where he works as the Web Developer Specialist. He’s the programming wiz behind our new website. On his free time Esteban likes traveling and playing basketball.
Natalia was born in Costa Rica. Since she was a little girl, she fell in love with nature which is why she decided to make a career in tourism and show people how amazing this country can be. She loves all of Costa Rica but most of all, she loves the Osa Peninsula. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, discovering new touristic areas inside the country and learning about other cultures all around the world!
Ingrid was born in San Jose. She works in the partner services department where she specializes in data entry, fam trip planning and visiting hotels to make sure they meet our very high standards. She is an expert when it comes to the regions of Guanacaste, Tortuguero and on the Caribbean. During her free time she likes to dance, go to the beach and cook.
Alejandro was born in San José and studied Hospitality Management. He has both lived in several of our travel destinations and worked with different hotels which we currently offer! He has experience in the travel industry in both Costa Rica and the US and now works with also our sister agency in Panama. He loves to cook, movies, tweeting and enjoying a nice Costa Rican Sunset at the beach.
This Costa Rican professional photographer was born in Heredia, a small province in the Central Valley. Alberto is considered an specialist in the tourist industry and has a degree in Hotel Management, as well as a BA in Marketing. “Misin” as his friends call him, has been working with Costa Rican Vacations since 2007. He enjoys opera and has spent a lot of his time practicing and taking opera classes. Not to mention he enjoys hanging out with his friends!
Carla lives in Rohrmoser since 1992. She enjoys practicing spinning and aerobics; swimming with her niece and nephew. Red is her favorite color. El Café Paris and Denny’s are her favorite restaurants. She worked in different airlines and travel agencies; she’s worked for Costa Rican Vacations since 2012. If you want information about a city in the world where you would like to visit…she’s definitely the best person to ask.
Randall Mena is Costa Rican from the province of San Jose. He is the network administrator. He provides advanced computer hardware, software, and network support for the operational and research needs of the Center. He enjoys playing football, expend time with his family and being up to date with the latest technology.
Daniel is an easy going person who loves sports and plays soccer every weekend. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with many of his childhood friends, doing oversized puzzles, playing video games (like God of War and Metal Gear) and spending time with family.
Edsson Espinoza was born in San Jose, he studied Accounting at the C.T.P.F. He started working for CRV’s finance department in 2011 where he is the Accounts Receivable Representative. During his free time Edsson enjoys spending time with his dog, playing soccer and football, going to the movies, playing video games and taking his wife out to the theater.
Jennifer Dunn was born in Costa Rica. She has worked for CRV since 2011, she works on the sales department where she assists travel consultants and managers with their sales, quotes, quality checks etc. She’s an expert report-maker and also trains new travel consultants. On her free time Jennifer enjoys cultural activities and going to the beach.
