Costa Rica Fishing Pros is the ONLY agency in Costa Rica who stands behind their service with a Guarantee. Our promise is simple: to deliver your vacation as it is represented in your confirmed itinerary – no fine print, no extra charges, and no surprise changes. If we fail, we will return the fees we earned from planning your vacation. Details of The Guarantee:
- Reservations — Once confirmed your hotels will be there! Your rooms are pre-paid and guaranteed.
- We’re For Real – We are a well-respected, legitimate outfit recognized by the tourism chamber here in Costa Rica. We have been operating for over a decade. We are required to maintain a bond with our payment processor to cover your vacation if for whatever reason we are unable to do so.
- Logistics Check – We have a department dedicated to quality control, making sure your trip is seamless before, during and after your vacation.
- What You See is What You Get — We represent the products and services that comprise your vacation in an accurate and realistic manner.
- Price Match — We promise to never mark up prices above the listed rates of hotels and tour providers.
If we do not fulfill the items above in our guarantee, you will be eligible to receive a refund of up to 25% of the total price of the trip. Boat problems and mechanical issues happen and are a fact of life in the sport fishing industry, so if that happens we will find you a suitable replacement boat or refund you the entire cost of that day’s charter. The same goes for weather, if you can’t get out on the water for safety reasons we will try to reschedule you and if we can’t we will refund you the entire cost of that day’s charter.
