This hotel was probably the best value for the money on our trip. For around $120 a night you get beautiful tropical gardens and views over San Jose. The hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from San Jose and the hotel provides transport to and from San Jose. The restaurant has a great design and the food is great, the staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. While they are very big, they are in need of a little more love, but still great. I would highly suggest this for someone wanting to get a feel for Costa Rica with a smaller budget.
